For the fourth consecutive year, Symmetry assisted with communications and public relations for the Washington, D.C. Auto Show, held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The 2025 show opened to strong attendance and extensive media coverage, highlighting innovation, community engagement, and the future of mobility.
In the hours leading up to opening morning, a tragic airplane crash in the region required all scheduled media appearances to be postponed. Working closely with local TV stations, Symmetry coordinated the rescheduling of more than 15 live remotes, ensuring every segment ultimately aired later in the week. The collaboration allowed the show and its exhibitors to maintain strong visibility across Washington’s top broadcast outlets.
Throughout the event, Symmetry also supported exhibitor exposure across television, radio, and digital publications, highlighting vehicle debuts, interactive displays, and public programming.
The 2025 Washington, D.C. Auto Show featured standout exhibits, including the Buick Wildcat EV Concept, Aston Martin Vanquish, and Volvo EX90, alongside popular attractions like Art-of-Motion and Subaru Loves Pets. Policy Day once again brought together automakers, legislators, and industry leaders for critical discussions on EV infrastructure, sustainability, and the future of autonomous technology.
From media coordination to message support, this year’s show demonstrated the value of adaptability and collaboration in live-event communications — and underscored the ongoing success of one of the region’s most recognized public exhibitions.
